Deputy FM Darsalia participates in panel at Yerevan Dialogue

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Lasha Darsalia took part in a panel discussion as part of the Yerevan Dialogue, titled “South Caucasus at a Turning Point: Prospects for Peace and Cooperation”, on May 5, 2026.

According to the Foreign Ministry, during his speech, Lasha Darsalia addressed the ongoing political and economic developments in the South Caucasus region.

“The Deputy Minister highlighted that the South Caucasus is currently emerging as a zone of peace and cooperation, offering significant opportunities for stable development, economic growth, and positioning the region as an attractive hub for trade, investment, and connectivity. He also underlined Georgia’s vital role and efforts to bolster stability in the area, deepen economic integration, and strengthen regional cooperation,” the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated.
