De-facto Abkhazian president not to resign

De-facto Abkhazian President Aslan Bzhania is in his home Tamishi village, Echo Kavkaza reports. He addressed his supporters before departure and stated that he did not intend to resign.

The opposition shot outside the so-called parliament and attempted to intrude into the building. According to Echo Kavkaza, approximately 15 people were injured.

The opposition in the occupied Abkhazia region of Georgia protests against the draft  Agreement on Preferential Conditions for Russian Investments.

The bill proposes exemptions for investors from customs duties, corporate property tax, and income tax for eight years, alongside a reduced value-added tax of five per cent.
