During the meeting with the United States National Security Advisor John Bolton we talked about all main directions of Georgia-US strategic partnership, – The Georgian Foreign Minister, Davit Zalkaliani made this statement after the meeting with US National Security Advisor held today.
According to him, at the meeting regional and global challenges facing to Georgia were discussed.
“Without our strategic partner – the US, it would be very difficult to deal with these problems and challenges. The US acknowledges this very well.
Naturally, the main topic of talk was the security situation in the occupied territories, and we have support from our strategic partner in this direction” – Davit Zalkaliani stated.
The sides discussed priority issues of bilateral co-operation, including prospects for the deepening of strategic partnership. Special attention was paid to the aspects of trade-economic, defence and security co-operation.
