Construction of “Dream City” in Batumi officially laid foundation

The construction of “Dream City” in Batumi has officially been laid the foundation today.
The large-scale social project will be financed from the budget of Adjara Autonomous Republic and its cost is 38,7 million GEL. The construction is expected to have been completed in 17 months.
Three 12-floor blocks of apartments will be built and a school, kindergarten and playgrounds will be arranged within the framework of the project. Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia attended the project’s opening.
