CoE Secretary General meets with Bidzina Ivanishvili

Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset met with the honorary chair of the Georgian Dream (GD) party Bidzina Ivanishvili, the GD’s press office has said.

Earlier today, Berset, wrote on X: ” I look forward to exchanging views with the Ombudsman of Georgia, Bidzina Ivanishvili and representatives of the international community. Tomorrow, I will have meetings with the opposition and civil society all day.”

Secretary General has already held meetings with Public Defender, the Prime Minister and the Speaker.
