Changes to be made into Law on Broadcasting being discussed in parliament
The Package of amendments to be made into Law on Broadcasting is being discussed at the Parliamentary Branch Economy Committee with the first reading.
The changes aim at giving more independence to the broadcaster and guarantee of development. Talks are also focused about purchase of TV production, sponsorship and advertising.
Representatives of European Broadcasting Union (EBU) have already met with Roman Kakulia, Chairman of Economy and Economic Policy Committee.
