Caucasus Online fined GEL 270,000 for alienation of companies' shares without GNCC consent

Caucasus Online (CO) was fined again GEL 270,000 for the alienation of companies’ shares without the consent of the Georgian National Communication Commission (GNCC).

According to the Communications Commission, the company has not fulfilled its obligations under the law as well as the decisions made by the GNCC.

The Georgian National Communication Commission has charged Caucasus Online to return shares to their original condition and has set a deadline of 20 September.

Caucasus Online is the largest wholesale internet provider in the region.
