Catholicos Patriarch to arrive in Batumi

Catholicos Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II will arrive in Batumi city of western Adjara region this afternoon.

Ilia II will give a church service in commemoration of those, who died as a result of the fire, which broke out last evening at Leogrand Hotel in Batumi.

Eleven people died as a result of the fire, which broke out last evening at Leogrand Hotel in Batumi. Ten people are citizens of Georgia, one – Iran.
