Benefits to be introduced for twice vaccinated persons

Amiran Gamkrelidze, Head of the National Center for Diseases Control and Public Health (NCDC), said the benefits might be introduced for persons who received Covid-19 jabs twice.

Gamkrelidze said the advantage could refer to the restriction on movement, wearing face masks in open space or making foreign trips.

He answered a question by the World Health Organization (WHO) Tamuna Kvaratskhelia whether a person who received two shots could return to a normal lifestyle.

The NCDC Head said that the Coordination Council would discuss the benefits related initiatives next week.

“These initiatives aim at giving more stimuli to people to undergo immunization because the pandemic will not end without vaccination,” Amiran Gamkrelidze claimed.
