Based on changes proposed into Election Code, anti-advertisement of political party should not exceed 25% of election clip

An anti-advertisement prepared by a political party during the election period should not exceed 25% of an election clip – The ruling party presented changes proposed to be made into Election Code to oppositional parties and civil sector.

Also based on the initiative, an election clip of the political party should not contain elements of advertisement of another party, its number or symbolic signs.

A broadcaster is prohibited to allocate a political advertisement in TV or radio air that contradicts to the requirements as set by the Georgian legislation.
