Anti-transparency bill rally held in Telavi

A protest rally against the draft law On transparency of foreign influence took place in Telavi town, Kakheti region.

Representatives from non-governmental organizations and political parties, including several leaders from the opposition United National Movement joined the rally.

During the rally, the organizers accused the government of aligning with Russian interests and emphasized the potential risks of jeopardizing Georgia’s European future if the draft law is passed.

Afterward, the protesters marched towards the memorial honoring the heroes who died for the unity of Georgia.
