Agrarian markets closed in Batumi

All agrarian markets have been closed in Batumi city of Adjara region. According to Batumi City Hall, markets were usually overcrowded and it was impossible to observe social distancing guidelines.

“Shops and supermarkets are checked every day. The personnel have to wear face-masks and gloves. They have to have disinfection liquids and undergo thermal screening,” Noshrevan Sagunadze, Deputy Municipal Inspection said.
