Russian observers will not be invited to Ukraine’s presidential election. According to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, by the law of Ukraine Russia is an aggressor country, consequently, Russian observers are prohibited to attend the Ukrainian presidential elections.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin has released a letter, according to which Ukrainian authorities ask the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) to send international observers for March 31 elections.
