Out of new 1 759 new coronavirus cases reported in Georgia, 686 were recorded in Tbilisi, 487 –Adjara, 356 – Imereti – Berdia Sichinava, Deputy Head of Operational Headquarters of Coordination Council said.

Other cases are distributed to different regions of Georgia: Shida Kartli -35, Guria – 17, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti – 69, Kvemo Kartli -36, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 12, Kakheti – 24, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 7, Samtskhe-Javakheti – 30.

The health condition of 397 patients remains difficult. The 82 persons are attached to the artificial breathing device.

Georgia has reported 1 759 new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and 350 recoveries today.

In total, Georgia’s coronavirus cases increased to 24 562. The number of recovered patients reached 9 751.

Five more patients died of COVID-19 in Georgia in the last 24 hours. The virus-related death toll stands at 183 in the country.
