MP Sesiashvili says there is nothing alarming in setting up party discipline norms

You should not consider that the issue of internal discipline of the majority requires some hard approach, – Irakli Sesiashvili, member of the “Georgian Dream,” said.

According Sesiashvili, party discipline is a very ordinary and proven method, and he does not think there will be any problem if the relevant rules are written in the document.

“We will never afraid of the difference of opinion. The existence of different opinions is to be welcomed. In this case there was an emotional background and there was nothing catastrophic in it. Party discipline is an internationally accepted principle. We will regulate the norms of ethics with inner belief, if we form the rules, we do not see any problem at all,” he told reporters.

The parliamentary majority plans to adopt a document of internal rules, which will be based on voluntary principles.
