Tough decisions to the challenge at an early stage have brought success, which is a sign that Georgia has loyal leaders in the country’s best interests, both in terms of health and economic recovery, – US Ambassador to Georgia Kelly Degnan said in an interview with Batumelebi.

According to the Ambassador, during the pandemic, Georgia effectively managed the unprecedented state of emergency, for which no country was ready.

“In this case, the unity of the people is very important to overcome this challenge together. I am glad that during my visit to Svaneti and Batumi I saw many Georgians who visit the regions of their own country and thus support small or large hotels and restaurants in overcoming this difficult period,” – said Ambassador.
