Germany calls out Russia after Zelimkhan Khangoshvili murder

Regarding the murder of Zelimkhan Khangoshvili earlier this year, Germany urges the Kremlin to step up efforts to support German investigators.

As German defense minister, Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer, stated Russia must take further action in the investigation.

The Russian side must now finally make its contribution to the investigation of this crime, Kramp-Karrenbauer said.

Zelimkhan Khangoshvili, a 40-year-old Georgian activist, was shot by a cyclist in Berlin.
