Georgia reported 2,676 coronavirus cases, 4,119 recoveries, and 30 deaths on Monday, the official figures show.
25,730 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours throughout the country. Among them, 13,637 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 12,093 were PCR tests.
Georgian capital Tbilisi recorded the highest number of 958 Covid-19 cases within the last 24 hours, followed by the Adjara region with 538 cases and the Imereti region with 319 cases.
Georgia’s total case tally reached 484,254, among them, 425,651 people recovered and 6,436 died.
The daily test-positivity rate stands at 10,4 %, while 10,47 % in the past 14 days.
There are 76 people placed in government-assigned quarantine facilities, 6,986 Covid-19 patients are hospitalized, 3,463 asymptomatic, and mild symptom patients are being treated at government-assigned treatment facilities.
Currently, out of 1,421 critical patients, 303 require mechanical ventilation.
As of today, 806,681 people got coronavirus jab.
