Georgia reports 1 709 new coronavirus cases, 2 075 recoveries

Georgia has reported 1 709 new coronavirus cases, and 2 075 recoveries today, according to stopcov.ge, a special webpage created by the Georgian government.

In total, Georgia’s coronavirus cases increased to 35 567. The number of recovered patients reached 16 904.

The 20 more patients died of the virus in Georgia in the last 24 hours. The virus-related death toll stands at 273.

The 41 people are brought from abroad for medical treatment. Currently, 3 324 people are in quarantine, 4 209 persons – under medical observation, and 2 346 more – at COVID hotels.
