Residents of Idliani village in Mestia Municipality are demanding helicopter involvement in fire-extinguishing works. According to locals, thunderstorm likely caused the fire.

The Emergency Management Agency said that about 20 firefighters have been mobilized on the ground, but due to the difficult terrain, they are unable to reach the fire.

The fire area has reached 2,000 square meters.
