The Georgian Ski Federation held a press conference in connection with the winter season of 2019/2020. The participants spoke about the events and plans for 2019/2020.

President of the Georgian Ski Federation Zurab Kostava presented detailed information about the 2023 Freestyle World Championship planned to be held in Bakuriani, acquainted the audience with technical and organizational issues.

“For the first time this year, the Georgian ski jumper Esmeralda Gobozova gained the right to participate in the World Junior Championships. We are very pleased  and wish her all the best”, – said Kostava.

As part of the 2023 World Cup, the FIS Freestyle European Cup stages in snowboard parallel slalom and giant slalom will be held in Gudauri on February 29 and March 1, 2020.
