The representative of the United States Department of State spoke to Voice of America (VOA) about the ongoing processes in Georgia.

‘We are watching closely ongoing protest in Tbilisi. The United States of America supports freedom of assembly, expression and association.

We call on government officials and protesters to show self-control and prevent escalation or violent acts,’ Voice of America said.
