Vladimir Putin met Raul Khajimba

Russian President Vladimir Putin met the de facto president of the occupied region of Abkhazia, Raul Khajimba. Vladimir Putin noted that it is necessary to speed up the economic development of Abkhazia.

“Our relations are of special, strategic and allied nature. Our trade turnover is growing, but it grows slowly: last year the growth was 5% and in the first 9-10 months of this year – 2%”, – Russian President noted.

Raul Khajimba emphasized the issues that he expects from the Russian President to discuss. He also informed Vladimir Putin about the ongoing work on the defensive information-coordination center.
