Vano Merabishvili left Mediclub Clinic

Vano Merabishvili, imprisoned former Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs has been discharged from Mediclub Clinic.

He was transferred to the clinic for additional medical examinations. Vano Merabishvili has been already transferred to the penitentiary establishment from the clinic.

Elene Khurtsidze, the doctor of the former Prime Minister and Interior Minister, said yesterday that Vano Merabishvili’s health condition is stable and there is no reason to worry. According to the doctor, cancer has been excluded and at this time they work on the diagnosis of Horner Syndrome.

“As a result of consilium, we made a decision to do the ultrasonography of the sleeping artery which requires the patient. His condition is stable and requires only treatment under observation. There is no necessity of placing him in clinic”, – Doctor said.
