UNM calls on its members to reconcile with election results

The United National Movement (UNM) has the highest-legitimacy elected chairman and governing bodies, said the opposition UNM party in a statement, and called on everyone to respect and recognize the election results.

According to the statement, those who consider themselves to be the UNM members should work in one space because separatism attempts harm the party’s best interests.

“Introducing misunderstandings and vagueness, with the rhetoric characterized to the Georgian Dream, does not serve neither the party nor country interests,” reads the statement.

Reportedly, former UNM Chair Nika Melia opened a new office and is holding meetings with the party representatives.
