The government of the United States has allocated an additional $600,000 in emergency health assistance to support Georgia’s response to COVID-19.

The corresponding information is posted on the Facebook page of the US Embassy in Georgia.

“The U.S. Government is proud to announce an additional $600,000 in emergency health assistance to support Georgia’s response to COVID-19. With this new assistance, the U.S. Government, through USAID, has committed $1.7 million in emergency health assistance to support Georgia’s efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to help the individuals and communities who are most at risk”, – the information reads.
