United Airports of Georgia has new head

Irakli Karkashadze will head United Airports of Georgia. Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Mariam Kvrivishvili introduced the new director to the employees.

Irakli Karkashadze has professional education and extensive experience in the aviation sector.

“I am sure the new director will make a significant contribution to the development of Georgian aviation,” Kvrivishvili said.

Irakli Karkashadze previously held the office of Deputy Mayor of Kutaisi. The former head of the United Airports of Georgia, Tamar Archuadze, became a member of the executive board.
