Transport hub development begins on Davit Sarajishvili Avenue

The Tbilisi Transport and Urban Development Agency has initiated the development of a new transport hub on Davit Sarajishvili Avenue and its surrounding area.

This project encompasses wider pavements, upgraded pedestrian crossing points, and the installation of new traffic signs to promote safety and convenience for residents.

The Agency emphasised that adding new crossing points will not require changes to traffic light phases, ensuring that traffic flow remains uninterrupted and intersections continue to operate smoothly.

Residents have called for improved arrangements in the area.

“This initiative marks a significant step toward enhancing pedestrian safety and enriching the urban landscape,” the Agency stated.
