Trailers and semi-trailers prohibited on Gomi-Sachkhere-Chiatura-Zestaphoni road

The Georgian Roads Department, under the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure, has temporarily restricted heavy vehicle traffic on the Gomi-Sachkhere-Chiatura-Zestaphoni road due to hazardous winter conditions.

According to the Roads Department, the ban on trailers and semi-trailers is in effect in response to heavy snowfall and slippery road conditions. However, motorcar travel remains permitted.
