Traffic movement for cars restored at Gudauri-Kobi section of highway

The traffic movement for cars has been restored at Gudauri-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi highway of international importance – Roads Department of Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure reports.

The movement was restricted due to ice-slick, blizzard and faced threat of avalanches. The threat has been lifted for the time being as a result of the carried out road cleaning works.

Movement is prohibited for heavy vehicles. The Patrol Police brigades are coordinating and supervising the movement across the section.
