All operational fountains across Tbilisi’s various districts will be gradually activated and are scheduled to remain in service until the end of November, the Tbilisi City Hall has announced.

This year, three new fountains, located in Mukhiani Square, Samgori Park, and at 52 Rustaveli Avenue, will enhance the city’s beauty.

“Fountains typically commence operation in May each year,” stated the Tbilisi Municipality. “Their technical maintenance is a priority, with security paramount. Every fountain undergoes a thorough technical inspection under modern security standards.”

EcoServiceGroup is responsible for the upkeep of over 50 fountains throughout Tbilisi. The Tbilisi City Hall’s statement emphasises that the city’s fountains, as integral elements of urban culture, contribute significantly to Tbilisi’s visual appeal, the expansion of recreational areas, and the creation of a more comfortable environment for its residents.
