Tbilisi Mayor: City Management means preparedness to address problems

“Management of the city does not mean claiming that problems do not exist; rather, it means facing challenges with preparedness. We will intensify our efforts to ensure there are no problems in the capital,” said Kakha Kaladze, Tbilisi Mayor, during the municipal government meeting.

According to Kaladze, underground communications on some streets and avenues are outdated, and they will be replaced gradually.

“The hotline operates, we respond to every call and react accordingly. We have some streets which lack drainage systems. However, underground communications on some streets and avenues are outdated, and they will be replaced gradually. Obviously, this cannot be done all at once, as it requires significant funds and the municipality has other important needs and priorities; nevertheless, everything will be put in order and upgraded,” he said.
