Tbilisi Mayor: Brussels to voice messages on Georgia's progress on EU integration
Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze remarked on Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili’s visit to Brussels, saying clear messages were voiced about the “evident progress” and “positive steps” that Georgia made on the EU integration path at the meetings held in the European Council and NATO headquarters.
“Georgia’s efforts toward European integration are evident, and everybody sees that. We, of course, deserve candidate status, though we were given the 12-point plan for fulfilment. We are doing our best to take all steps,” Kakha Kaladze said.
Tbilisi Mayor added that the Georgian population expected to see Georgia’s achievements reflected in the EU political decisions.
