Taxi drivers, who have obtained a license for taxi service, will receive free vouchers to paint their cars into white color – Kakha Kaladze, Tbilisi Mayor reported during the city governmental sitting.

“This will ease the inconvenience concerning the condition of taxi drivers and enable rapid and effective implementation of the reform,” Kaladze said.

Starting October 1, 2019, white taxis will be moving about Tbilisi. From October 1, 2018, registration of taxis became obligatory.
