Taxi driver Meriko Koberidze to serve 15-year-old Gigi Antadze free of charge

Taxi driver Meriko Koberidze and 15-year-old Gigi Antadze became friends after a story aired by New Week Program of First Channel.

Meriko Koberidze will serve Gigi Antadze free of charge. The two will arrive at a wholesale market and then Mziuri Park booth every morning.

Meriko Koberidze, 26, graduated from Science and Art Department of Tbilisi Ilia State University. She continued studying abroad and has a small business in Georgia besides being a taxi driver.

Gigi Antadze has cerebral palsy. He was selling natural juices at central Rustaveli Avenue. Tbilisi City Hall gave him a booth after street vending was prohibited in the city.
