Strategy Aghmashenebeli’s Vashadze: It is high time to demonstrate unity, unanimity

“It is high time for us to demonstrate to the regime people’s power, unity, unanimity and patriotism,” Giorgi Vashadze, the Strategy Aghmashenebeli party leader, stated at the briefing.

Giorgi Vashadze said the protest scheduled for 6 p.m. on February 15 at Europe Square with the slogan “No to Russian Dictatorship” was significant for a new stage of struggle.

“We should be as many as possible and express our wish for Georgia to be a democratic country and move forward to Europe, for the new elections, for political prisoners to be released,” he stated.

According to Vashadze, the February 15 protest would be “decisive for the next period”, adding large-scale actions were planned in the future.

“It is high time for us to demonstrate to the regime people’s power, unity, unanimity, love for the motherland and patriotism. Let’s demonstrate that their disinformation and false propaganda have no effect; we stand united and are fighting for Georgia’s victory,” he stated.
