State Minister for Reconciliation meets French Ambassador

Georgian State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Tea Akhvlediani met French Ambassador to Georgia Sheraz Gasri.

The State Minister thanked the Ambassador for support of Georgia’s territorial integrity and sovereignty within its internationally recognized borders.

She acquainted the Ambassador with the current humanitarian situation across the occupied regions, illegal borderization, imposed restrictions to free movement, facts of unlawful detentions and human rights violations.

Akhvlediani also informed the French Ambassador with the government’s civic equality and integration state strategy for 2021-2030. The sides agreed to further deepen their cooperation.
