The Georgian State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality, Tea Akhvlediani, met with students from various universities and professional colleges to discuss the government’s peace and reconciliation initiatives and the vital role of youth in the civic integration process.

During the meeting, students were allowed to ask questions and share their perspectives.

Minister Akhvlediani emphasised the government’s declared priorities and ongoing efforts, including regular engagement with the multiethnic society to foster trust and reconciliation with residents of the occupied regions of Abkhazia and Tskhinvali.

“We had an engaging and lively discussion, which was truly pleasant. One of the main objectives of our activities is to raise awareness among young people about issues of national importance,” stated Tea Akhvlediani.
