Speaker: Only infighting is within the so-called opposition, hit by autumn fever; we welcome their feuds to reveal their true colours

“The only infighting we are witnessing is within the so-called opposition, which has been struck by an autumn fever of political activity,” stated the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, Shalva Papuashvili.

Papuashvili remarked in response to a journalist’s question of whether there was internal conflict within Georgian Dream.

According to Papuashvili, internal hostility is primarily directed among opposition members themselves.

“We actively encourage their infighting, as it clearly exposes to the public exactly who we are dealing with,” Papuashvili noted.
