The Chair of the Lithuanian Committee on Foreign Affairs Žygimantas Pavilionis, Lithuanian Ambassador in Georgia Andrius Kalindra, and Second Secretary of Lithuanian Embassy Sarune Kubiliute are meeting with NGOs at the office of Georgian Strategic Analysis Center (GSAC) on Sunday.
The meeting participants are discussing Georgia’s current political situation.
“The country is facing a crisis that political parties cannot defuse or do not have a will to do so. The Lithuanian representation is very important in this negotiation process. It will be possible to kick off a dialogue between the ruling team and the opposition and reach an agreement with the US, and EU involvement to avoid serious challenges,” GSAC head, Vano Machavariani said.
