Narikala Fortress rehabilitation works to begin

The second stage of rehabilitation works at Narikala Fortress is set to begin, announced Tbilisi Mayor, Kakha Kaladze, during a meeting of the municipal government.

The selected contractor company will be responsible for the rehabilitation, with a project cost of 13 million GEL. The completion of the works is set for the fall of 2025.

The rehabilitation will encompass both the courtyard and the outer perimeter of the fortress, along with the installation of decorative lighting. Work is scheduled to commence the following week.
