Scattered rain expected in certain regions of Georgia from January 10 to 13
The National Environmental Agency (NEA) has issued its forecast for weather conditions across Georgia in the coming days.
According to meteorologists, intermittent rain is anticipated in various parts of the country from January 10 to 13.
In Tbilisi, the weather is expected to remain predominantly dry, with daytime temperatures ranging between +9°C and +11°C.
Along the coast (Batumi, Kobuleti, Anaklia, Poti), rain is anticipated in some areas. Daytime temperatures will be between +11°C and +13°C.
In the lowland regions of Western Georgia (Zestafoni, Kutaisi, Samtredia, Zugdidi, Martvili, Ozurgeti), scattered rain is forecasted, with daytime temperatures around +13°C to +15°C.
The mountainous areas of Western Georgia (Ambrolauri, Oni, Tsageri, Shovi, Chiatura, Sachkhere, Khulo, Rikoti Pass) may experience some precipitation. Temperatures during the day are expected to be between +8°C and +10°C.
In the higher mountainous regions of Western Georgia (Mestia, Bakhmaro), snow and blizzards are possible in certain areas, with daytime temperatures around +1°C to +3°C.
In Kartli (Rustavi, Bolnisi, Marneuli, Gardabani, Gori, Tskhinvali), some rainfall is anticipated, with temperatures during the day reaching between +9°C and +11°C.
In Kakheti (Sagarejo, Telavi, Gurjaani, Sighnaghi, Lagodekhi, Kvareli, Akhmeta, Dedoplistskaro), scattered showers are expected, with daytime temperatures around +8°C to +10°C.
The mountainous eastern regions of Georgia (Akhaltsikhe, Borjomi, Dusheti, Tianeti, Pasanauri) may see some precipitation, with daytime temperatures between +4°C and +6°C.
In the high mountain areas of Eastern Georgia (Akhalkalaki, Tsalka, Bakuriani, Gudauri, Omalo), snow and blizzards are forecasted in certain locations, with daytime temperatures expected to be between -1°C and -3°C.
