Russian occupants have resumed works for installation of a Surveillance Tower in Khurvaleti village.
The journalist of First Channel reports that about 10 Russian soldiers are present at the occupational line.
Construction works had been ongoing for several days between the occupied Dzukaantkari and Khurvaleti villages. Iron constructions are already brought to the place.
State Security Service of Georgia told First Channel on February 6 that the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) to Georgia was informed about the issue and that a hot-line was activated.
