Roberta Metsola: EP stands unwavering in support of Georgian people’s European aspirations

Roberta Metsola, President of the European Parliament released a statement on the 16th anniversary of the August 2008 Russia-Georgia war on the X Platform.

“16 years after Russia’s aggression against Georgia, the European Parliament has not wavered in its support for Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and the European aspirations of its people,” she said.
