Rehabilitation of Surami Psychiatric Hospital will be completed by the end of the year, – The Deputy Minister of IDPs from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia Maia Lagvilava made this statement.

According to Deputy Minister, after the rehabilitation, modern standards will be introduced in the medical establishment.

In addition Maia Lagvilava stated that, the Government of Georgia in cooperation with China plans to open several more mental facilities. As she noted negotiations are going on in this regard.
