Registered users can access information on driving licence status and penalty points in Service Agency app

Following the recent update, registered users of the Service Agency application can now view information about the status of their driving licence and the points they’ve accumulated, the agency reports.

According to the Service Agency, users need to navigate to the driving licence section within the app to access this information. There, alongside other details issued in their name, the current status of their driving entitlement and the number of points they have accrued are displayed.

“For those who do not use the application, to utilise this service, they must: download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store; enter their personal details; select the relevant document; undergo visual identification; and complete the registration process,” the agency explains.
