Recruits take military oath in Akhalkalaki

Four hundred and eighteen recruits took military oath at the Zaza Peradze Initial Combat Training Centre in Akhalkalaki.

The ceremony was opened by playing the national anthem followed by a speech delivered by Training Center Head, Colonel Zakaria Kalandadze, who thanked parents and wished recruits success in performing their military duties.

The oath-taking ceremony was preceded by a 2-month BCT special program in different disciplines of field and tactic training.

The recruits will be dispatched to aviation and air defence commands. They will serve once every three days and their monthly wage will be 635 GEL.
