Reception on Georgia's Independence Day held in Bern

An official reception on Georgia’s Independence Day and the concert of Rustavi Ensemble were held in Bern, Switzerland, on May 21, the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.

Georgian Ambassador to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, Shota Getsadze addressed the guests, diplomatic corps and Georgian diaspora representatives.

“As part of the reception, direct flight tickets of Edelweiss and easyJet airlines from Geneva and Zurich to Tbilisi were drawn through a lottery. The Embassy of Georgia entertained the guests with Georgian wine and dishes,” the Foreign Ministry said.
