Public Service Hall awarded CAF Effective User

The Georgian LEPT Public Service Hall has successfully introduced the European self-assessment model – Common Assessment Framework (CAF) and won the status of Effective User.

The CAF system was elaborated through cooperation with the European Public Administration Network ((EUPAN) and the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA).

The Georgian Public Service Hall is the first public institution in the region which introduced this model and successfully passed the certification process. CAF aims to contribute to result-oriented work and improve the organization’s self-assessment system.
