Prosecutor’s Office demands imprisonment as a preventive measure for accused juveniles

“If court will sentenced a fugitive accused  pre-trial detention in absentia and the person will be announced as wanted immediately after the court’s decision in known”, – the prosecutor Zaza Datukashvili told to journalists.

Prosecutor’s Office demands imprisonment as a preventive measure for the both of accused. According to prosecutor, the agency will address the court with the regarding request today.

Tbilisi Prosecutor’s Office presented criminal charges against two juveniles – G.B. and G.J. on the possible fact of premeditated murder, which occurred at Khorava Street in Tbilisi on December 1.
